- Work in progress - Residential projects on Charter House, 450 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1UF (106 apartments, big parking area and shop) & Shannon Centre, 14 Cameron Road, IG3 8LA with (39 apartments, basement parking and a shop in front of the building).
- Building work on an existing shower room in a bathroom, all was changed and new natural stone was added + damp proofing (this was the reason we had to redo previous’ builder: protection not applied prior to tiling).
- We did a building after a basement was done by a specialist, including electrical as requested. The client was very satisfied.
- Electrical installation according to regulations and a very happy customer.
- Front, back facade and back small garden was done on time and on very good manners of work. The client was happy and recommend us to the next customer.
